RETURN POLICY

Returns can be done within a month from the delivery date. The returned items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping of the returning products is paid for by the customer.

To return your order:

If there are any quality issues that the received product does not meet your expectations, here you can find the RMA claim form, so please, fill out the form and return it to us with the keyboards.

Return Procedure:

• Please make sure the keyboards belong to this order
• You can claim the RMA keyboards within a month from the delivery date
• This RMA Claim Form is available on www.tellusrem.com and www.tellusremshop.com
• The related form must be filled out before returning the keyboards
• Returns must be shipped freight prepaid
• Received keyboards will be checked within 3 working days
• The customer will be informed about the accepted cases
• A credit note will be issued upon approval

When returning the order, please describe the reason for returning it as precisely as possible.
