RETURN POLICY

Returns can be done within a month from delivery date. The returned items must be  returned in their original packaging. Shipping of returning products is payed by the customer.

To return your order:

If there are any quality issues so that the received product does not meet your expectations, here you can find the RMA claim form  -  please, fill out the form and return it to us with the keyboards.

Return Procedure:

  • Please make sure the keyboards belong to this order
  • You can claim about the RMA keyboards within a month from delivery date
  • This RMA Claim Form, is available on www.tellusrem.com and www.tellusremshop.com
  • The related form, must be filled out before returning keyboards
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid
  • Received keyboards will be checked within 3 working days
  • The customer will be informed about the accepted cases
  • Credit note will be issued upon approval

When returning the order, please describe the reason for returning as detailed as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and have a quick action plan to make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (unless agreed on something different, f.ex. a new order). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
